All workers are expected to hold valid CSTS 2020 certification and be prepared to integrate into active construction, demolition, renovation, and post-construction environments across Alberta. Workers are also expected to arrive prepared with basic PPE and follow all client-specific safety procedures and job site requirements.

We operate under a flexible project-based and on-call workforce model designed to support active construction, demolition, renovation, and post-construction projects across Alberta. Work schedules, project locations, and assignment durations vary depending on client demands and active job site requirements.

Temporary labour assignments may range from short-term coverage lasting a few days to long-term project support extending for several weeks or more.
